Colony 7

In Colony 7, you play as the defender of a colony against constant attacks from alien invaders known as the Jarvians. The colony's shield, which protects its power generators, is your responsibility to maintain. You have two pulse cannons at your disposal to shoot down the aliens, but you can purchase additional weapons with credits earned in the game. You can use more powerful weapons for a limited number of times per game, such as a Mega-Blaster that destroys everything within its radius, using up fuel reserves on the ground. There is also a once-per-game "Eradicator" that destroys every alien on the screen.

This game blends the gameplay of a traditional fixed-screen shooter with elements of Missile Command since your pulse cannons can be taken out, leaving you vulnerable to attack. Controls are simple, with 5 to insert credits or coins, 1 to select, arrow keys for movement, and Alt or Ctrl for actions. Have fun defending the colony on Classic Reload!
