Astro Blaster

Astro Blaster is an arcade game that can have two players who must blast alien ships that erupt above their ship. A wave of aliens will emerge on each screen, and you must eliminate them all to advance to the next screen and a different wave. Each wave moves in different patterns and fires lasers at you, but you have a laser as well and can fire back by moving your ship left and right at the bottom of the screen.

The ability to warp is also introduced, which temporarily slows down the adversary. Keep an eye on the temperature indicator on your laser. If you shoot too frequently, it will overheat and lose its capacity to fire for a brief period of time. Another thing to keep an eye on is your gasoline gauge, which is gradually decreasing. You must dock with your mother ship to fill it. This occurs every four waves, so the faster you demolish the waves, the faster you may dock. You must align your spacecraft as it approaches. If you lose all three of your lives or run out of gasoline, the game is finished. Controls: To insert a coin, press 5; to select, use 1 or CTRL.
